NorthernSky Space is an emerging technology initiative under NorthernSky, exploring software, simulation and digital technologies for space operations and the New Space ecosystem. The platform described on this Site — including the NorthernSky Space Simulator — is under active development. Some capabilities exist today in early form; many are still being designed, and features, availability and pricing may change as development continues.

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes, and not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or any connected systems.
• Interfere with the Site’s normal operation, including through automated scraping or abuse of the contact form.
• Use the Site to transmit unlawful, harmful or infringing content.

Diagrams, workflows and figures shown on this Site — including anything described as “simulated,” “illustrative” or an “example” — represent simulated scenarios, not live operational data. NorthernSky Space does not currently operate real satellites or ground stations, and does not claim to provide live satellite telemetry or proprietary space data through this Site.

The content, design, logos and branding on this Site belong to NorthernSky Space or its licensors, unless otherwise noted. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from this content without permission, except as necessary to view the Site normally in a web browser.

This Site and the information on it are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. As an early-stage, evolving platform, features, content and availability described on this Site may change without notice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NorthernSky Space is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, this Site.

This Site links to other NorthernSky ventures (NorthernSky Cloud, NorthernSky Studios) and to northernskycorp.com. Each operates under its own terms, and a link does not imply that NorthernSky Space endorses or is responsible for content outside its own Site.

We may revise these Terms and Conditions from time to time as NorthernSky Space develops. Changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date above, and continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to NorthernSky’s place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
